Radiation emanating from the smartphone is known as radiofriculation (RF) radiation. RF radiation is not only used in mobile phones but also in smart TV, baby monitor and other devices. Researchers studied many types of cancer, including brain cancer, pituitary gland cancer, slovery gland cancer, leukemia, etc.

The report says that in the last few decades the use of mobile phones increased, there has been no significant increase in brain cancer cases. WHO has not confirmed the smartphone getting brain cancer. This news can be relieved for mobile users around the world. But this does not mean that the smartphone does not have any side effects on our body.

This research of WHO is currently needed with other health agencies and researches. There is a need to study further about any kind of health risk related to RF radiation. The International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) still keeps the radiation in Possibly Carcinogenic i.e. Group 2B. That is, IARC believes that mobile radiation is likely to cause cancer.

Right now the scope of further intensive research in this field cannot be denied. Wireless devices are rapidly spreading among people. Therefore, its effects on health can be understood only by continuing continuing research in this field.
